Group Changes


Students who wish may request the change of group in one or more subjects within the established deadlines.
In your request you must state the reasons that generate your request and in cases where it is possible, you must attach the supporting documentation of the alleged reasons.
Your request will be resolved by the Academic Commission of the Degree (CAT) within 10 business days from the end of the deadline for submitting applications and will be communicated to you via email.
It is not necessary, unless expressly required by the study center, to provide originals of the documentation presented.

When to request a group change?

The deadlines set for the 2019-2020 academic year are:

  • For subjects from semester A and annual: from 7/23/2019 to 8/9/2019 resolution until 09/20/2019
  • For subjects from semester B: from 7/1/2020 to 1/17/2020 resolution until 01/31/2020

For the Double Degree ADE-INF the subjects corresponding to the Degree of ADE will be as established by the Faculty of ADE.
