ORDINARY DEADLINE: from Jule 16 to September 6, 2024
EXTRAORDINARY DEADLINE: from December 2 to December 13, 2024
It is a necessary requirement to have formalized registration for the course prior to requesting recognition.
When, exceptionally, registration takes place after that date, recognitions may be requested from the moment of registration for a period of 10 days.
APPLICATION. The request for recognition of credits must be submitted using the electronic form available on the student’s intranet, in the ‘Virtual Secretary / Requests / Recognition Requests’ section.
The application will specify the typology of the subjects passed originally and those for which recognition is requested.
The tool “recognition simulator” allows students to easily know what rules exist regarding previous recognitions that would be automatically applied to them based on the merits provided.
DOCUMENTATION TO BE PROVIDED BY APPLICANTS
The applicant must include in electronic format the documentation accrediting the alleged merits. In this case, students from official higher education must provide the Official Academic Certification of the studies previously completed, stating the base 10 grade, type and credits of the subject.
Once the application has been completed electronically, the applicant must print the recognition application, sign it and deliver it in ORIGINAL to the Center Secretariat, as well as ORIGINAL AND COPY of the documents accreditation of merits.
